From the person who has never exercised to the competive athlete, we strive to help you reach your dreams.

Our Boot Camp incorporates a cardiovascular, strength training, coordination and agility workout. The program design is four fold:

First: Simply, to burn calories.

Second: To allow the Metabolic Pathways to become more efficient so that the Mitochondria of the cell (the only place in the body where we actually burn fat) become stronger and more efficient.

Third: To maintain and/or build lean mass. This allows the body to appear strong and lean, burn fat, stand up with beautiful posture and remain strong.

Fourth: To remain a fat burning machine by setting the metabolic pathways of the body on a steady course throughout the years.

Boot Camp is designed to encompass the novice, intermediate and advanced athlete (in one group setting.) Each workout provides modifications for every fitness level so that we can all train together. The group tends to become friends and no one is left out nor isolated, despite fitness level!

Walk-ins and any clients are welcome to participate in Field Workouts for a one day fee or a monthly fee. The monthly fee allows you to attend any two sessions a week of your choice:

Monday: 9:00 AM, 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM, 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM
Saturday: 8:30 AM
